Love Washington wine?  Want to know more about the stories and personalities behind the label?

If so, you are in the right spot - Brixspot!

My mission is to tell you about great, often under-the-radar winemakers, their stories and let you know what makes them tick.

These are wineries that you’ll definitely want on your list for your upcoming foray into Washington wine country or for your next visit to your favorite wine merchant.

And, from time to time, I’ll let you in on special perks for our subscribers such as insider deals that you can take advantage of or you can pass along to your friends.

So here is how it works. Every couple of weeks, I’ll send out a Brixspot newsletter that features an outstanding Washington state winemaker or winery as well as a link back to the Brixspot website for an insider scoop or details on a special offer.

You are welcome to forward our newsletter to anyone you want and I hope that you do. However, the only way to get each new article and/or special deal is to be a Brixspot subscriber.

So click on the button below and sign up today!

Best wishes from Brixspot,

Michele

More about me!

I, like you, am completely bonkers about our Northwest wine industry. Over the past ten years, I have been fortunate to have been on the forefront of direct-to-consumer marketing by working for Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and then by moving to Walla Walla to open up Northstar Winery to trade and consumer visitors.

From 2006-2010, I worked for other large winery companies, which included Columbia Winery, Covey Run, Hogue Cellars and Ste. Chapelle (ID).

In 2007, my husband and I opened a wine country inn, Girasol Vineyard & Inn in Walla Walla and by 2010, it was time to move on from corporate wineries. Today, we operate our Inn full time during the busy wine season. Along the way, I became active in our local wine tourism and am currently serving as Immediate Past Chair and  Chair of the marketing committee for Tourism Walla Walla.

As so many of us, who moved to wine country to follow our interest in wine, I wear several hats. In 2010, I started a winery consulting business, Wine Direct Solutions.  And since Winter 2012, I have been teaching wine marketing at Walla Walla Community College.

If you would like to know more about me, my company or my professional services, please drop me an email.
